Golfers come to me tired of thinking about ten things at once. So these terms are short. Each answer is one clear thought.
If you only read five lines
- Your books are PDFs, licensed to you alone.
- Hotmart processes the payment as seller of record.
- Membership: 7 free days, then monthly until you cancel.
- I'm a golf coach, not your doctor.
- Write to business@golfwayne.com with anything.
Who sets these terms?
Wayne Tremblay Golf, the brand behind this site, the books and the membership.
Contact: business@golfwayne.com.
What do I get, and what can I do with it?
PDF books, bought one at a time or as the 3-book collection. Nothing ships to your door.
Hotmart emails your link. You can always open your books at consumer.hotmart.com, using the email you bought with.
Your licence is personal: read them, print them for yourself. Please don't share, resell, upload or copy them for anyone else.
Who handles the payment?
Hotmart, on its secure checkout page. Hotmart processes the payment and is the seller of record at checkout.
Card, PayPal or Apple Pay all work. You pay the price shown at checkout. Hotmart's own terms and privacy policy cover that page.
How do the free days and monthly charges work?
You get letters by email: a page or drill each week, plus more. You can reply with questions.
It starts with 7 days free. Then it's charged monthly until you cancel.
To cancel, go to consumer.hotmart.com, or drop me a line and I'll help. Months already paid aren't refunded when you cancel.
Should I check with someone before trying the drills?
Yes, your doctor, before starting any new exercise. Stop if anything hurts.
My lessons are general golf instruction. They're not medical advice.
Can you promise me more fairways?
No. Results vary from one golfer to the next. I don't promise yards or scores.
Are those real photos of Wayne?
Every picture of me you see here is an illustration.
Can I pass the material on to my golf group?
Please don't. The books, letters, text and pictures belong to Wayne Tremblay Golf, for your personal use only.
How far does your responsibility go?
The law sets the limits here. Within them, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. My total responsibility never goes past what you paid.
Your legal rights as a consumer stay exactly as they are. Nothing here takes them away.
What if these terms are updated?
The new version goes on this page, with a new date.
Where do I write if something isn't clear?
To business@golfwayne.com. I'll keep the answer simple.

Same shot, again and again. — Wayne
