I like a swing with few moving parts. I like my data the same way. Here's every step, from your first visit to your last email.
Keep it simple: the five points
- Reading the site sets no advertising cookies and no trackers.
- Your card stays with Hotmart. It never reaches me.
- Your details are never sold, rented or used for ads.
- Every email can be stopped with one click.
- Ask to see, fix or delete your data at business@golfwayne.com.
Who runs this
Whose site is this, exactly?
Wayne Tremblay Golf. The site, the books and the membership all run under that one name.
One address for everything: business@golfwayne.com.
You open the site
Am I tracked while I read the pages?
No. There's no account to make and no form to fill in.
No cookies for advertising. No tracking pixels. No trackers from Google or Facebook. No analytics scripts.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. It processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them.
You tap a video link
What gets noted when I come from a video or QR code?
A few plain facts: the time, the video or link you used, the page it sent you to, and your country.
Plus a scrambled code built from your IP address. I never store the IP address, and that code can't be reversed into it. That's how I see which videos are helping.
One small cookie remembers, for 30 days, which version of the book page you saw. That way it stays the same if you return. No other cookie comes from this site. Hotmart's checkout sets its own, under its own policy.
You buy a book
What do you see when I pay for a book?
Your name, email, billing and payment details are collected by Hotmart. Your card number never reaches me.
From Hotmart I get your email, what you bought, the price, your country and the video or link you came from.
On book orders, I store your email only in scrambled form.
You join the membership
What do you hold on to when I become a member?
Hotmart sends me your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and which video or link brought you.
I use them to send your letters. Each letter reports back whether it arrived and which of its links got clicked.
You stop at checkout
What if my payment doesn't go through?
Or you simply don't finish. Either way, Hotmart may share your name and email with me.
I may then send two reminder emails at most. One click turns them off. If you've already bought, you won't get them.
You write to me
Do you keep the emails I send?
I keep your message and your email address so I can reply.
The raw copy of each email is deleted after 90 days. The words of your message are kept, so the thread makes sense later.
An AI helps me draft
Is AI used on my messages?
Yes, in one way only. An AI writing assistant may help me draft replies faster.
Your message is used for that alone.
Why I use it
What is all this information for?
Getting you your books and letters. Answering you. Handling refunds. Seeing which videos help.
Now and then, telling you about other books from this channel. Each of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
What I never do
Could my details end up with advertisers?
No. I never sell or rent personal information. I never share it for advertising either.
Three helpers
Which other services handle my information?
Hotmart: payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend: sends my emails. Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores my data and receives email sent to me.
Each one has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
How do I unsubscribe, or get my data deleted?
One click on the unsubscribe link in any email. Or reply with the single word “unsubscribe”.
To see, correct or delete your data, email business@golfwayne.com. You'll hear back within 30 days.
This applies anywhere in the US, California too. Your purchase records at Hotmart are kept by Hotmart, as the law requires.
How long it stays
When does my information get deleted?
Member details stay while you're a member, until you ask me to delete them.
Unsubscribed addresses become a scrambled “do not email” note, nothing more. That keeps you off the list for good.
Order records stay for as long as the law requires.
Adults only
Can my grandkids use this site?
The books and membership are for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from any child under 13.
When this page changes
Will this policy ever change?
If it does, I update this page and the “Last updated” date.

Keep it simple. — Wayne
